Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing your order. Standard ready-stock products are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If your order is placed on a holiday or non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day.
For bulk orders, large hotel supply orders, customized packaging, private label products, or special requirements, processing time may vary depending on product availability, quantity, and production schedule.
Shipping Coverage
Hola offers shipping across India. We deliver hotel toiletries and guest amenities to hotels, resorts, warehouses, offices, and business locations based on the shipping address provided during checkout.
Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer’s location by our courier or logistics partners.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, product weight, package size, and delivery location.
Orders above ₹5,000 are eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise mentioned on the website or during checkout. For heavy, bulky, customized, or special logistics orders, additional shipping charges may apply.

As Hola serves hotels and hospitality businesses, many orders may include bulk quantities of toiletries and guest amenities. Bulk shipments may be packed in cartons or transport-safe packaging to reduce product damage during transit.
For large hotel procurement orders, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details, unloading requirements, GST details, or any special delivery instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your registered account, depending on the shipping method used.
You can use the tracking details to check the shipment status directly with the courier or logistics partner.
If you do not receive tracking details after dispatch, you can contact our support team for assistance.
Address Change
Customers are requested to enter the correct shipping address, mobile number, GST details, and business name while placing an order.
If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accepted before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed Delivery

Damaged or Missing Items

Out of Stock Products
We try to maintain accurate stock information on our website. However, due to bulk demand or inventory movement, a product may sometimes become unavailable after order placement.
In such cases, our team will contact you and offer one of the following options:
Wait until the product is available
Ship available products first
Replace the product with a similar option
Cancel the unavailable item and process the applicable refund
GST Invoice
Hola provides GST-compliant invoices for eligible orders. Customers are requested to provide correct billing details and GST number at the time of placing the order.
Once the invoice is generated, changes in GST details may not be possible.
Delivery Attempt
Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or delivery is refused, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable.
Any additional cost for re-shipping, return shipping, or address correction may be charged to the customer.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. For shipped orders, the return or exchange policy will apply where applicable.
For customized, private label, printed packaging, or made-to-order hotel toiletries, cancellation may not be accepted once processing, printing, or production has started.
