This Payment Methods Policy explains the payment options, billing process, GST invoice support, and important payment conditions for orders placed on Hola.

UPI Payments

Bank Transfer for Bulk Orders

For hotel bulk orders, corporate orders, private label products, customized hotel toiletries, or large procurement requirements, Hola may allow payment through bank transfer.

Bank transfer details will be shared only through our official communication channel. Customers are requested to confirm payment with our team after completing the transfer.

Orders paid through bank transfer will be processed after payment confirmation.

GST Invoice

Hola provides GST-compliant invoices for eligible orders. Customers are requested to enter the correct billing name, business name, GST number, billing address, shipping address, email address, and mobile number while placing the order.

Once the invoice is generated, changes in GST details may not be possible.

For hotels and businesses, correct GST details are important to claim input tax credit where applicable.

Payment Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

If payment is pending, failed, cancelled, or not received, Hola may not process or dispatch the order.

For bank transfer payments, order processing will begin after the amount is received and verified by our accounts team.

Failed or Pending Payment

Sometimes a payment may fail or remain pending due to bank server issues, payment gateway delay, internet connection problems, UPI timeout, incorrect details, or technical errors.

If your payment fails, you can try placing the order again using another available payment method.

If the amount is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with:

After verification, we will help you with order confirmation or refund support as applicable.

Payment Security

Hola does not ask customers to share sensitive payment details such as OTP, CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN, net banking password, or full card information.

Advance Payment for Customized Orders

Customized hotel toiletries, private label amenities, printed packaging, branded products, made-to-order items, or special bulk orders may require advance payment before processing.

Production, printing, packing, or dispatch may begin only after payment confirmation.

Once customization, printing, production, or packing has started, cancellation may not be accepted.

Pricing and Taxes

Product prices shown on the website may include or exclude taxes depending on the product listing, checkout setting, or invoice format.

Any applicable GST, shipping charges, handling charges, or other charges will be shown during checkout before payment.

Hola reserves the right to update product prices, taxes, offers, or payment terms without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may or may not be available depending on order value, product type, location, and company policy.

If Cash on Delivery is available, it will be shown at checkout. For bulk orders, customized products, private label orders, or special hotel supply orders, advance payment may be required.

Refunds for Online Payments

If a refund is approved for a cancelled, returned, unavailable, or failed order, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, bank transfer, store credit, or another approved mode.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or internal verification process.

Shipping charges, handling charges, customization charges, COD charges, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless the issue is caused by Hola.
